The current website contact form prepares an email using the information you enter. Your email application is then used to send that message. The website does not currently store the completed form in its own database.

- Unsuccessful enquiries will normally be deleted within 12 months of the last meaningful communication.
- Client project and contractual records may be retained for up to six years after the relationship ends.
- Invoices and financial records are retained for the period required by tax and accounting law.
- Server and security logs are generally retained for shorter periods determined by the relevant hosting provider.
Information may be retained for longer where necessary to resolve a dispute, establish a legal claim or meet a legal obligation.

I take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access and accidental disclosure.
These steps may include secure accounts, access controls, encrypted connections, software updates and limiting access to people who genuinely require the information.
No internet service can guarantee complete security. Please avoid sending passwords or sensitive credentials by ordinary email where a more secure method is available.

This website does not currently use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking or non-essential analytics cookies.
The website's hosting provider may process basic technical request information needed to deliver, secure and maintain the website.
If optional analytics, embedded services or other non-essential technologies are introduced later, this policy will be updated and an appropriate consent mechanism will be added where required.
